The villa features a gated entrance and large entrance hallway with four large ensuite bedrooms on the ground level. The master suite offers a king size bed, television, safe and full en suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has the option to be either a king size or twin beds and a full en suite bathroom.

The third bedroom offers a king size bed and this has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC.

The fourth bedroom has the option to be either a king size or twin beds and an en suite bathroom with shower and WC.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned with built-in wardrobes and each has a Remington hair dryer. Each bedroom has double patio doors to the pool and gardens.

Upstairs the villa has a fully fitted and equipped modern kitchen, with multiple fridges and includes two coffee machines. A large lounge and dining area offers panoramic sea and countryside views including the Alfanzina lighthouse.

There is an additional bathroom with shower and WC.

There is an extensive terrace offering the same stunning views and outdoor eating area with rattan furniture and a built–in BBQ and an additional seating area with outdoor sofa. There is an external sound system at both pool and terrace level.

Changeover Day

Flexible. Usually we ask that clients arrive at 2pm and vacate by 10am although this can be flexible.

Booking Notes

20% deposit required at time of booking, balance requested 8 weeks before. Breakage deposit is also required.
